The "Delfa" Dolphin Rescue Center plans to build Russia's first emergency hospital for marine mammals in Anapa within one month. The exact construction timeline has not yet been determined. This was reported by "KP-Kuban" with reference to Tatyana Beley, director of the "Delfa" scientific dolphin rescue center.
According to the director, the center will be compact but functional. It will house an indoor pool measuring 10 by 6 meters with a depth of 2 meters, featuring a special water treatment system. Equipment will be installed for chlorine-free water purification.
In addition to the pool, the hospital will be equipped with a small laboratory and diagnostic complex for blood tests, ultrasound, and endoscopic examinations. According to the center's director, the facility will be equipped with all the minimum necessities to provide qualified assistance to marine mammals.
